Job Description: 
 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) contractor for our Terminal Automation product team. The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience with formal requirements gathering, business partner communication, and very strong SQL server skills. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Terminals, Agile processes, and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) application support is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria. 
Facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of business requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that all requirements are met.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and end-users to improve the quality and effectiveness of the delivered solutions.
Selected resource is expected to participate in the afterhours on-call rotation shared by the team.
