Ideal candidate should have extensive experience in writing complex stored procedures, optimizing database performance, and improving query efficiency. 10 + years of experience It experience. 8+ years hands-on experience and proficiency in SQL Server development TSQL, Stored Procedures and performance tuning. Should have worked on stored procedures, functions, triggers and performed query optimization. Responsible for designing developing and optimizing SQL Server Database ,optimizing SQL server stored procedures while ensuring performance and scalability. Experience in SSIS ETL and packages and data integration. Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts. This role involves leading a team of data engineers, work with business stakeholders and be liaison for offshore engineers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance database functionality. Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Demonstrates critical thinking skills with ability to communicate across functional departments to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines. Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion. Good to have knowledge on no SQL DB (MongoDB) and exposure to cloud (AWS).
