Position : : IT Project Manager Active Directory, Office 365, and IAM (SailPoint) Migration Location : Remote Duration: : 12+ Months Contract Visa         : Noh1b/cpt Interview mode:: video  Job Description Lead and manage the Active Directory migration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Oversee the Office 365 migration, including email, collaboration tools, and cloud security integration. Drive the IAM (SailPoint) implementation, aligning with security and compliance standards. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, executives, and technical teams. Ensure adherence to best practices for identity security, cloud governance, and IT infrastructure. Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on identity management, cloud, and security projects. Proven experience managing Active Directory migrations, Office 365 implementations, and IAM (SailPoint) deployments. Strong understanding of enterprise IT security, identity governance, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ. Must be able to speak to C suite executives and Stakeholders Ability to work cross-functionally with security, infrastructure, and application teams.
