This is a fully onsite role, and candidates must have extensive experience in Capital Markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python scripting for regression testing, along with a deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and risk management systems.Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and maintenance of automated regression test scripts using Python. Work closely with QA teams, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and improve testing frameworks. Ensure high-quality software releases by implementing robust test automation frameworks. Troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of trading applications. Optimize test execution processes for performance and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in Capital Markets.Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of overall experience in Python development and test automation. Capital Markets experience is mandatory (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.). Strong expertise in writing and executing regression test cases using Python. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework). Knowledge of trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and execution management systems (EMS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug complex issues. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
