https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2178085&uid= From: Santosh, Vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Position: Sr. QA Consultant Duration: 6 Months+ Location: Tallahassee, Florida | Onsite | Relocation & Representation workable Visa: ALL Visa The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Minimum of seven (7) years in IT, with at least four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management; Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies and demonstrated proficiency in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen, including a certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; Strong skills in mapping out business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing inefficiencies; Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or specialized business process modeling tools (e.g., Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN] software like Bizagi or Architecture of Integrated Information Systems [ARIS]); Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills; Proven leadership and motivational skills. Preferred Qualifications The Department prefers the Candidate to have the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., International Software Testing Qualifications Board [ISTQB]) is a plus; Experience with Waterfall Methodology is preferred.
