Job Title: Senior Project Coordination Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA-Onsite (need local candidate) Max Rate: $50/hr C2C (Non-Negotiable) Visa Restrictions: No H1B Transfers, No L1 or L2. H4EAD candidates must have at least 2 years of validity. No sister companies or layers. Job Description: The Senior Project Coordination Analyst will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to software development and deployment for customer requests and roadmap functionalities. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills to resolve project issues and maintain schedules using established processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will facilitate deployments, implementations, and activities to ensure successful program execution within established deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage project plans, schedules, and work activities to ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality targets. Coordinate requirements gathering, scope documentation, funding approvals, deployments, and implementations across IS departments and user groups. Identify and troubleshoot project issues, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to prevent recurrence. Effectively communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders. Ensure project and program success by facilitating smooth implementation processes. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing IT development projects, including: Requirements Management Sprint/Milestone Planning & Execution Issue/Risk Tracking Strong understanding of supply chain/logistics concepts. Familiarity with project management methodologies and effective communication strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the logistics or supply chain industry. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. This is an onsite role requiring local candidates who can attend in-person interviews and work from the Alpharetta, GA office.
