Job Title: SAP Job Scheduling Operations Support Engineer Location: Austin, TX 78737 Duration: 06 - 12 Months Start Date: ASAP. Job Details: Infosys is seeking a skilled, dedicated and proactive SAP Job scheduling Operations support engineer with strong interpersonal and technical skills in Redwood CPS/BPA/RMJ job scheduling tool. He/she will also assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for administration, maintenance and security best practices, create SOPs and other documentation, monitor infrastructure, anticipate problems and suggest solutions Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 5 years of Information Technology experience At least 2 years of experience in Redwood CPS/BPA job schedule tool Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) experience or exposure preferred Experience or exposure in non SAP (OS,Cron) and SAP job management is preferred Experience or exposure in scheduling/handling SAP BW Process Chains preferred In case of non-availability of Redwood CPS/BPA job schedule tool skillset, Control M, Tidal & Autosys skill can be considered Ability in process scheduling, automation and process monitoring SAP Basis experience or exposure preferred Excellent knowledge and experience in Job control functions and Troubleshooting skills Knowledge of other job scheduling tools like Control M, AutoSys, Tidal is added advantage Serves as the primary contact at onsite for the SAP Operations team Excellent written and verbal skills. Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills. Able to prioritize and multi-task. Flexible work schedule Available to work nights and/or weekends. Able to work overtime as needed. Expect shift coverage: Friday thru Tuesday (5days x 8hours = 6:00 AM 2 PM PST) Resource should be flexible to work during two weekends in a month On-Call rotation via X-Matters Adhere to Work Instructions and SOPs Able to travel to other client locations as needed.
