Proficiency in Oracle Applications R12 modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM modules. Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF, and Oracle Development Tools. Understanding of different interfacing mechanisms, Web Services, ETL, etc. Strong understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces, etc.), including understanding of Entity Relationship. Desirable Skills: Basic understanding of modules like COA, Project Accounting, Quality, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM). Ability to effectively communicate with 3rd Party vendors and other support teams. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes. Able to perform multiple roles: analyst/lead developer. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
