Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager (Contract)
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Key Responsibility:
   Manages quality principles and processes in software and IT development.
   Oversees User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Project Management Office.
   Ensures execution of quality methods and procedures.
   Ensures compliance with established quality standards and customer requirements.
   Analyze best-in-class processes and define customer satisfaction metrics.
   Understand business operations, operating systems, and network interactions.
   Promotes quality principles through training, meetings, communication, and team building.
   Researches, develops, and implements testing methods.
   Creates and maintains automation libraries and testing processes.
   Monitors and reports on defects.
   Ensures highest quality standards for products, applications, and systems.

Required Experience:
   Minimum of 10 years in IT, including:
o   Four (4) years in process engineering
o   Two (2) years in project management
   Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen)
o   Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
   Strong skills in business process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and analyzing inefficiencies
   Experience with process modeling tools, including:
o   Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart
o   BPMN software (e.g., Bizagi, ARIS)
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   Strong interpersonal, leadership, and motivational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
   Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
   Experience with Waterfall Methodology is preferred
Education and Certification
   A bachelors or masters degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required.
