Location: USA (Remote)
Job Description
Need strong Architect level consultant who is expert with CSDM to perform the below activities. This is staff aug working at the direction of customer with high visibility. Must have strong communication skills
Customer has requested that ServiceNow provide resources for general consulting services related to ServiceNow CSDM Align.
An overview of ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and related concepts along with example design data modelling exercises and design data modelling exercises for select Customer use cases to recommend an approach for staying aligned with CSDM while maturing on the ServiceNow platform.

Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Overview
Service Management Success
CSDM Data Foundations Dashboard
Data Model Review/Selection
(Align with Customer and assist with identifying two (2) example use cases and two (2) Customer-specific use cases for the purposes of data modelling during the data modelling exercises)

Customer Use Case 1 Data Modeling
