Work with load-balanced high traffic services, optimize code, and automate routine tasks. Identify & document the root cause of issues and backtrack to the source of issues for resolution. Participate in agile practices such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions. Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots. Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems. Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology. Desirable Skills: Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications. Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
