Role: Business Analyst Location: Cincinnati, OH(Day 1 Onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the retirement domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retirement plan administration, including defined contribution and defined benefit plans. This role involves analysing business processes, developing requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to enhance our retirement services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and improve business performance. Develop business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other deliverables. Assist Product Owners in researching and defining requirements, establishing user stories, and prioritizing backlogs. Provide subject matter expertise in retirement plan administration, including 401(k), 403(b), PSP, MPP, and other plans. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to retirement plans. Conduct data profiling exercises and represent details visually for reporting and decision-making. Support Agile practices and facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration/Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, and Daily Stand-up.
