Job Title: CRM Product Manager Location: Dallas Texas -HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) ________________________________________ Job Overview: We are seeking a CRM Product Manager with experience in digital product management and CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will focus on optimizing customer engagement strategies and improving internal CRM efficiencies through Agile product management practices. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience:              Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.              2+ years of experience in digital product management.              Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager.              Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. ________________________________________ Desired Skills & Experience:              Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.              MBA or Masters degree (preferred).              2-3 years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.              1-2 years of experience with Agile product management methodologies. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:              Design & optimize CRM capabilities to improve both internal efficiencies and customer engagement.              Utilize Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN principles to drive iterative development and team collaboration.              Conduct customer research and analyze industry trends to identify user needs.              Define and prioritize product features to align with business strategy and objectives.              Set product vision, roadmaps, and KPIs to measure success.              Lead A/B testing, feature rollouts, and performance tracking.              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM initiatives.              Maintain documentation for product capabilities and provide training/support to end-users. ________________________________________ Soft Skills:              Strong communication and collaboration skills.              Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.              Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.              Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
