Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, and Boomi Integrations. Prior L2 & L3 production support experience, including Scheduling, Forecasting, and system configurations. Strong understanding of workforce management processes and best practices. Experience in at least one production support project transitioning from UKG WFC to UKG Dimensions (or WFM). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for coordination with business and technical teams. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; UKG certifications are a plus. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for user requests, incidents, and change management within UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions. Lead the AMS support team and ensure deliverables meet SLAs consistently. Manage high-priority tickets within SLA, coordinating with upstream and downstream systems. Work on minor enhancements to fix defects or add small new features. Monitor ticket inflow, identify recurring issues, and implement permanent resolutions. Configure and manage UKG Pro WFM modules such as Forecasting, Attendance, Scheduling, and Mobile App support. Support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi, APIs, and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). Provide hands-on support for UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions implementations and upgrades. Work flexibly to support critical issues outside standard business hours when necessary. Educational Qualification Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
