Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role with 8 plus years of experience Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with both manual and automated testing (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestRail). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Must have Utilities experience ( Gas, Electric, water ) Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) is a plus.
