Skilled in solution architecture, program management, and enterprise advisory roles, with a strong focus on driving telecom transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering innovative, business-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive enterprise telecom business solutions, architecture delivery, and consulting advisory to solve critical business challenges. Lead planning, high-level design, and implementation of telecom transformation programs. Oversee architectural governance, change, and release management cadences. Optimize application portfolios, implement telecom-specific testing practices, and deliver reusable assets. Lead technical solutioning across the BSS stack for existing customers and prospects, including RFx responses and account mining. Drive e-commerce and omnichannel transformations with a focus on improving customer experience. Mandatory Skills: Expertise in Telecom BSS domains, including: Sales & CRM CPQ Care & Self-Help Enterprise Product Catalog Order & Workflow Management Mediation, Rating, Billing, and OCS Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Enterprise Integrations, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Policy Governance Proven experience in tactical and strategic product rollouts, API-led connectivity, risk management, fault tolerance, and resilient architectures. Hands-on architecture and consulting experience with Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, or Sigma BSS stacks. In-depth knowledge of eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards, TMF Open APIs, and ODA frameworks. Preferred Certifications: TOGAF 9 Certified TMF Certifications Preferred Experience: Customer advisory roles across BSS stack for 5+ years. Leading Proof of Concepts (POCs), creating business cases, and proposing modernized BSS stacks. Extensive experience with legacy system modernization and functional consolidation. Key Attributes: Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-performance outcomes. Expertise in identifying risks, assessing issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
