The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services with a preference for experience in accounts receivable. This role requires a dynamic professional who can work closely with stakeholders, drive product strategy, and ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Analyze key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Owner in the financial services domain. Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and related financial operations. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Agile methodologies (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM). Experience with financial software and systems integration.
