Job Title: RPA Business Analyst Location: Buffalo, NY (Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 9+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Business Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, NY. This role requires an experienced professional who can analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work with technical teams to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process optimization, stakeholder management, and RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document automation opportunities. Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies to determine RPA suitability. Gather functional and technical requirements for RPA solutions. Solution Design & Development Support: Create process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD). Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure successful automation implementation. Define process flow diagrams, business rules, and exception handling logic. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to ensure alignment on RPA use cases. Provide training and user support during and after RPA deployment.Testing & Quality Assurance: Work with developers and testers to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Identify, track, and resolve defects and performance issues in automated processes. Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Recommend improvements in business processes through automation and digital transformation. Ensure that RPA implementations comply with IT security, governance, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or process automation. Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). Experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, and automation feasibility assessment. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in Scrum teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelors degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
