Please let me know if you are interested in the below position.!! Position : Senior SAP Finance Functional SME Location : Kansas City, MO hybrid Duration: : 6+ Months Contract Visa : No H1b/CPT. Interview mode:: Video Job Description Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and design effective SAP Finance solutions that align with organizational needs. Configure SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management, to meet business requirements. Specifically, configure the 3-dimensional budget structure (Fund, Fund Center, and Commitment Item) within Funds Management. Work closely with technical teams (including BASIS, Middleware, Portal, and Development) to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and business objectives. Develop test strategies, manage complex testing efforts, and ensure seamless integration and implementation of financial solutions. Lead business process design, system analysis, and implementation of SAP finance solutions that align with both Federal and industry-specific needs. Coordinate efforts across architects, developers, technical services, and business analysts, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams. Provide ongoing support for SAP modules, including identifying and implementing system enhancements, optimizations, and maintenance. Oversee budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning to ensure alignment with federal financial systems. Lead, mentor, and train junior team members, ensuring continuous development and efficient delivery of SAP projects. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in SAP ECC Finance modules (including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management). Proven experience in team leadership, including managing, mentoring, and training junior team members. Demonstrated experience in Federal finance operations and an understanding of government financial regulations and processes. U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility in federal projects. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules. Relevant SAP certifications (such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Professional). Prior work experience in the Manufacturing (MFG) or Energy sectors. Experience working with SAP Public Sector Financials and understanding of its specific requirements.
