Position: Golang Developer w
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Exp: 9+ Year
Visa: H1B, H4, Tn, L2 (No GC, USC)
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of demonstrable experience in a back-end type-safe programming language (3-4 years in Golang preferred).
Strong knowledge of back-end microservices architecture, REST web services, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Hands-on experience
Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
Experience with Docker for containerization.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of additional technologies: Postgres, gRPC, GraphQL.
Experience with continuous testing tools and practices (e.g., Rally, JIRA, SVN).
Familiarity with Waterfall software development methodology.
