Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer Location: St. Louis, MO Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you'll design, implement, and maintain robust cybersecurity controls to protect our organization's assets. Key Responsibilities: Experience with Compliance, Security control, assessment and implementation of controls Risk assessment and register Metric reporting Knowledge of Cybersecurity framework like NIST Good communication and ability to drive things independently. Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration and deployment of systems and applications. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures. Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or related fields. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and technologies. Experience with security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, HIPAA). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
