In addition, the individual should have past experience working as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) in the health and human services space for government agencies and in delivery of State based Marketplaces in accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This is a complex project and requires individuals who are able to work in high performing, fast-pace environments to meet significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies. Required/Desired Skills : Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience 20Years Application Development experience 20Years Software Development Lifecycle experience 20Years Requirements gathering and documentation 20Years MS Office/PowerPoint experience 20Years Project management experience in software development and IT consulting 10Years Proven experience in design and implementation of Oracle products 10Years Exp. In SOA implementation 10Years Exp. Designing and implementing enterprise databases and data analytic tools 16Years Exp.
