Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years experience working with SQL Server and relational databases. 5+ years of leading technical solution development. Expertise in T-SQL development, including writing, tuning, and optimizing queries. Experience with complex data analysis of large datasets. Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in database performance optimization and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL, and reporting.
