Job Title: CyberArk BA / CyberArk Developer Location: Chicago, ILLINOIS-HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with CyberArk experience or a CyberArk Developer with strong BA capabilities to support Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations at Northern Trust. The role involves troubleshooting account failures, generating reports, and engaging with platform teams to ensure seamless integrations. Responsibilities: Work with infrastructure teams (Unix, Windows, Network, Mainframe, Databases, Applications) to gather platform and account onboarding details. Generate reports and analyze failures in the PAM environment. Gather new CPM plugin development requirements and support CyberArk integration. Handle remediation activities and support different credential providers for application teams. Perform CyberArk PAM installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Develop and execute CyberArk plugins and integrations. Deploy PSM and AIM/AAM/Secrets Manager/Conjur solutions. Develop and test AIM/AAM/Conjur SDKs for application integration. Support and fix CPM plug-in issues. Automate CyberArk jobs using Power, Java, scripting, or PACLI scripts. Analyze CyberArk EPM threat protection events using threat intelligence services. Target Profile & Qualifications: 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in Application Security. Hands-on experience with CyberArk CorePAS and Conjur. CyberArk certifications preferred: CDE, Defender, Sentry, Conjur Certification. Strong troubleshooting skills related to CyberArk CorePAS components. Experience with CyberArk application integration (CP, CCP, ASCP modules). Proficiency in automation scripting using PACLI, Conjur, , or Python. Experience with Active Directory (AD) and ADFS. Understanding of server operations, vulnerability management, patching, and CyberArk Bulletin updates. Familiarity with cloud terminology, architecture, and monitoring tools. Strong documentation and reporting skills (critical for the BA aspect of the role). Nice to Haves: Experience in Application Security. Experience with Power/ scripting for automation. Knowledge of server operations and maintenance. This hybrid role in Chicago, IL is ideal for a CyberArk-savvy Business Analyst or a CyberArk Developer with strong BA skills.
