Familiarity with low-voltage (12V/24V) and high-voltage (HV) electrical systems in vehicles or equipment. Ability to read and create electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and wiring harness drawings. Expertise in Electrical design and wiring harness design software: CATIA Electrical, Siemens Capital, Zuken E3, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent tools. Experience with CAD tools for 3D harness routing and 2D flattening. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia. Familiarity with international and industry standards Experience in creating and maintaining Electrical design specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), and installation manuals. Knowledge of CAN/LIN/FlexRay Communication Protocols Understanding of communication protocols to integrate wiring harnesses with ECU and vehicle networks.
