Job Description - Job Title: Junior Desktop Security Engineer Duration: 6 months+ Location: Remote, they want them in EST or CST time Skype This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-user Zscaler VPN support initiatives, enhance enterprise security adoption, and contribute to the strategic growth of DTIs enterprise desktop infrastructure. Required Skills: Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems in an enterprise environment. (5 years plus) Proficiency in Power scripting, including the ability to write and maintain automation scripts. (5 years) Experience creating and managing Windows deployment packages using SCCM, KACE SMA, Intune, or similar enterprise deployment tools. (5 years) Ability to analyze Windows Event Logs to diagnose and resolve desktop system issues. (5 years) Experience reviewing and interpreting logs from SIEM solutions for troubleshooting and security insights. (5 years) Strong expertise in Zscaler and VPN zero-trust solutions, specifically from an end-user support perspective. (1 to 2 years) Experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in building out catalog items for the end-user portal to streamline request management and improve user experience. Ability to train and mentor team members, both through structured training programs and informal guidance.
