(10+ years) 2.The qualified candidate will have experience leading a project team as a technical expert in system im plementation, working with project managers and leadership to set project goals, identifying subject matter experts, providing technical best practices to help in decision making, and the lead technical support for different projects and systems. (10+ years) 3.The candidate will have expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers, Active Directory Administration, and other MS core services like Group Policy, DFS, DHCP, DNS, to manage, monitor, and support our Agency Managed Application Servers. (10+ years) 4.The candidate will be well versed in the creation, support, and maintenance of certificates for our agency core systems, 3rd party integrations, and other authentication or authorization service needs. (7+ years) INTERVIEW NOTES: Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable. However, an in--person interview may be required. Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date. MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.) IMPORTANT NOTES: Candidate MUST be physically located in Wisconsin (or willing to relocate within 30 days of the start date . Candidate must follow ALL DCF work rules Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager) Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position (See job description for required specifications.) Hybrid/On Site positions: Candidate must be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role. This position is currently hybrid. (95% remote ~5% onsite) However, position status is subject to change. No designated work-space will be assigned however; selected candidate must be available to work at our location as needed. DCF work location is 201 W. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53703. DCF does not pay for travel time or reimburse for travel expenses. Project details: The individual will work closely with Information Technology professionals to ensure technical components are available for projects and working properly. They will work closely with the supervisor and project teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, and define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution. They will have the ability to direct a small team in completing tasks, improving on operational support or maintenance, and document processes as needed.
