The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of AEM-based digital experiences while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance. Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and promote best practices for AEM development. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements. Allocate tasks, prioritize work, and ensure deadlines are met. Technical Expertise: Design and architect AEM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on AEM, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM. AEM Development: Develop and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows based on business needs. Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end languages such as Java to integrate AEM with other systems. Customize and extend AEM features to meet specific business requirements. Ensure content management capabilities are efficient and user-friendly. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution. AEM Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee AEM implementation from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-launch support. Ensure the AEM instance is running optimally and update as necessary to handle new features or requirements. Work on AEM version upgrades and patches to ensure that the system is up-to-date and secure. Performance and Optimization: Optimize AEM for high performance, including ensuring fast page loads, reducing server load, and optimizing caching strategies. Conduct performance testing and fine-tuning for both front-end and back-end performance. Security and Compliance: Ensure AEM applications are developed following industry security standards and best practices. Implement and enforce security measures, such as access controls, to protect sensitive data and content. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation for AEM configurations, code, and processes. Create regular reports on project progress, performance metrics, and any issues or risks to share with stakeholders. Regards!!
