Responsibilities include managing and coordinating activities such as Snowflake BCR changes, Upgrades, performance issues Actively monitor Moog soft, ServiceNow incidents, and Splunk for proactive alerts and reactive issues. Support Oracle database and Golden replication configuration from Oracle to Snowflake Troubleshoot Snowflake production issues and handle weekday releases Promptly escalate issues to the next level and follow up for timely closure. Standardize processes for prompt review and closure of backlogs, adhering to strict SLAs and governance. Manage problems by creating Jira tickets for root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing the necessary fixes.
