Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements in the Genesys Contact Center platform. Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Ensure timely delivery of Genesys solutions that meet business needs and technical standards. Work closely with developers and testers to clarify requirements and validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
