Data-Driven Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing and validation of data models and analytics solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver accurate results. Continuous Learning in Data Analytics: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence to continually enhance the organization's data capabilities. Expert-Level Excel skill set required Bachelors degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field Minimum five (5) years of experience working in business analysis with at least 3 years specifically in data analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modelling, statistical analysis, and data visualization Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Python, JSON or other relevant software In-depth understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions Experience managing or supporting data analytics projects, including project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and documentation. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and data science teams. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
