Location: Houston, Texas (Day 1 Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Airline domain to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business units to analyse and enhance airline operations, reservation systems, revenue management, and customer experience processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, domain knowledge, and the ability to drive data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to airline operations, including reservations, ticketing, flight scheduling, crew management, and loyalty programs.
Work closely with IT teams to define functional specifications and ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support airline revenue management, pricing strategies, and customer experience enhancements through data analysis and insights.
Assist in the design and implementation of reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Act as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
Conduct workshops, training, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Ensure compliance with airline industry regulations and policies while implementing new processes and systems.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in airline technology, customer experience, and revenue optimization.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Airline Industry.
Strong understanding of airline reservation systems, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), flight operations, crew management, and revenue accounting.
Experience working with airline loyalty programs, e-commerce platforms, or customer experience improvements is a plus.
Knowledge of data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience in business process modeling, workflow documentation, and requirement gathering methodologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Houston, Texas, from Day 1.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with development teams to implement business solutions.
