As a PIM business analyst and architect, you act as a trusted advisor for the different stakeholders and departments. You collect end-to-end business requirements in PIM, support the business in defining and optimizing their process and transform those into implementation requests for our PIM application landscape. This role requires collaboration with Architects, Business Analysts, Business Partners, and IT leaders. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead business requirements gathering, analysis and design for our C&K acquisition around product information management Creation and documentation of C&Ks End-to-End Business Process in PIM, with focus on IT implementation Provide guidance to business in defining and streamlining the requirements Transform business requirements into Littelfuse s existing PIM and supporting applications such as Sitecore, Coveo, and WebDAM Participate in integration of PIM into the existing application architecture, considering the goals of the IT strategy and business requirements Work closely with the C&K Product Management, and marketing teams Documents data attributes, taxonomy, hierarchy, workflow, and procedures in the PIM Enable business users to work efficiently with inriver Present innovative options for addressing system change request and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required. Develops a clear picture of current state processes and gaps and provides recommendations to achieve desired future state. Develops business process maps and translates functional requirements to hand over to technology teams to build out the system changes. Responsible to support UAT/beta testing activities and participate in pre-launch and post launch activities. Other responsibilities as directed. Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field / equivalent work experience Experience: 3 -5 years of experience working with inriver s Product Information Management system as a business consultant Inriver PIM domain expertise including Syndication and inriver print functionality PIM Data modeling experience Experience analyzing customer business process requirements and value requirements Experience leading data modeling and process design workshops Previous experience with data mapping and data validation Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel Good knowledge of enterprise systems landscape Knowledge about DAM and ecommerce systems Experience with using Adobe InDesign Understanding of the full MarTech stack & End-to-End eCommerce processes Problem solving and root cause identification skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing and evaluating business requirements of varying complexity to determine appropriate technology solution. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and gain team member and stakeholder buy in Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical considerations, alternatives, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical business representatives Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
