The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Pega-based applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: Define the technical architecture for migrating case management workflows to Pega. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet operational needs. Oversee API integration and other system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms. Establish best practices for Pega platform development, governance, and deployment. Design and implement robust dashboards and reporting solutions tailored to business requirements. Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Pega workflows and integrations. Mentor the development team and enforce adherence to architectural standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong experience with Pega PRPC, including Pega System Architect and Pega Lead System Architect certifications. Expertise in API integration, microservices architecture, and data interchange formats (e.g., JSON, XML). Hands-on experience in designing dashboards and reporting features in Pega. Deep understanding of low-code/no-code platform governance and scalability strategies. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of loan operations workflows and financial systems. Familiarity with modern cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficiency in DevOps tools for Pega development pipelines.
