Ensure SAP security aligns with the overall enterprise security framework and business requirements. Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within SAP environments to ensure appropriate access control based on job functions. Create and maintain SAP roles and authorizations, minimizing unnecessary access privileges and implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls. Implement secure authentication methods such as Single Sign-On (SSO). Utilize Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools to provision, de-provision, and manage user access to SAP systems. Stay updated with SAP security trends, patches, and best practices. Manage SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and security objects across all SAP modules (e.g., BC, FI, MM, PM, PS, SD). Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for SAP environments, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and HIPAA. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain security compliance. Collaborate with IT teams, infrastructure teams, and business units to align security requirements with business objectives. Provide training to SAP users and administrators on security best practices. Support compliance and audit processes for SAP security operations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Cyber Security, GRC, and SAP Security Architecture. Experience in SAP security design and administration. Hands-on expertise with SAP GRC, role design, and SoD implementation. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) tools. Proficiency in SAP security compliance, audits, and governance. Ability to work across multiple SAP modules and ensure security alignment.
