This role is fully remote, though the candidate will be associated with Red Hat's Raleigh, NC office for administrative purposes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and ACM, with experience in enterprise consulting and solution architecture. Bare metal infrastructure experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : Design & Implement: Architect and deploy Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) for Kubernetes in enterprise environments. Bare Metal & Cloud Integration: Optimize Kubernetes deployments on bare metal and cloud-based infrastructure. Enterprise Consulting: Work closely with financial services clients to define technical requirements, best practices, and scalable solutions. Performance & Security: Ensure ACM solutions meet performance, scalability, and security compliance standards. Collaboration: Act as a strategic advisor, working with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor client teams and internal staff on ACM best practices and adoption strategies. Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and ACM. Expertise in bare metal deployments and Kubernetes cluster management. Experience in financial services (FSI) or working with enterprise clients in regulated industries. Strong knowledge of containerized workloads, DevOps principles, and automation. Proficiency in Linux, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications : Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift or ACM. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Kubernetes services. Familiarity with networking, security, and compliance requirements in financial services. Previous experience in a consulting or professional services role.
