Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Duration: 06 Months Start Date: ASAP Job description: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Additional Notes: UI specialist: ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Jest/Cypress Java core/back-end with the following skills: Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud/Microservices, Kafka/Messaging, REST API, Redis/Distributed Caching, Postgres/MongoDB/Oracle, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, Junit/Mockito, ELK/Prometheus/Grafana, AWS/Azure/GC Experience with JAVA, Spring Boot, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Jest/Cypress, Hibernate/Spring DataJPA, Elastic Search technologies, NoSQL Databases (Cassandra or Mongo), Python, Cloud experience (can be PCF/OPENSHIFT/AZURE/GCP), Oracle or any RELATIONAL DB experience, hands on NO-SQL preferred Event driven programming using Kafka, experience using Redis caching solution, Distributed Caches (GemFire/Redis), React Js Proficient and have a thorough understanding of OPENSHIFT/Azure/GCP Platform knowledge. Experience in handling an application written in C Language Experience in handling an application using MQ Messages, Queues Experience in Linux server scripts, Perl Scripts and Commands. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences. Ability to deliver & engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership & accountability. Delivery focus and willingness to work in a fast-paced, enterprise Agile environment.
