This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, hands-on experience with Copado, and a deep understanding of Salesforce development practices. They will actively work in and configure their Copado platform to ensure it meets their project requirements and business needs. This person will work closely with the development teams to facilitate the promotion of code changes, using Copado's capabilities to automate and streamline processes. They will provide technical guidance and support to developers, assisting with code-level challenges and ensuring best practices are followed. This candidate will need to stay updated with the latest Copado features, implementing improvements to enhance their DevOps practices. They will conduct regular audits of their Copado environment, identifying and implementing optimizations to improve performance and reliability. They will also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective DevOps solutions within Copado. MUST have skills: Familiarity with Salesforce Experience as an Admin for Copado or Gearset - or devops deployment tool Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and languages Good written and verbal communication PLUS/Nice to have skills: Financial Services Cloud (FSC) would be huge Financial Industry Experience Certifications in Salesforce and Copado are a huge plus, they must have at least Salesforce certification I would appreciate your valuable reply.
