Position: Lead Business Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Job description: The Business Analyst in the Investments domain will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that investment strategies, financial models, and operational workflows are effectively analyzed, documented, and optimized. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and enabling the delivery of financial products and services that align with organizational objectives Preferred/Desired skills: Prior experience with BNY / Pershing platform Detailed Job Description: Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment analysts and other stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges. Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with the organizations investment strategy. Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for new solutions or enhancements. Work closely with development and IT teams to design and implement solutions, including investment management systems and trading platforms. Support the testing process by creating test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Analyze financial and investment data to support business decisions Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
