Duration : This is a possible contract to hire scenario, Visa : must be a US Citizen/Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident to be considered. Responsibilities: Data Model. Manage the cloud data model that underlies the analytics product products; Performs data analysis required to trouble shoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues; Defines company data assets (data models), documentation, transformation jobs to populate data models; Designs data integrations and data quality framework. Data Architecture. Support the current architecture and establish a robust and scalable data architecture for the future that includes structures for real-time and transactional data, and analytics(reporting, statistical, artificial intelligence / machine learning(AI/Client). Data Standards. Manage data standards for the enterprise Data Management Processes. Design, implement and document. Security / Regulatory Compliance. Ensure the data solution complies with relevant U.S. Government cybersecurity requirements in collaboration with compliance and security teams Consulting Support. Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer science, Information Systems, or an engineering field or relevant experience. 10 years of related experience in developing data solutions and data movement. Five (5) years of AWS cloud data solution design experience. Experience with SQL Server and AWS Redshift. Proficiency in SQL, Python and other statistical package; experience in programming languages such as Java and C/C Strong SQL skills and proven experience in developing data models with large datasets and relational databases Two (2) years of experience with Tableau analytics Experience working with real time data and models Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools Experience with data visual analysis and BI tools like Tableau and Power BI Distinctive communications skills and ability to communicate analytical and technical content in an easy-to-understand way Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions.
