If selected, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing web and client applications, performing unit testing, and producing relevant documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications within the Microsoft platform, with a particular focus on SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. In addition, you will play a key role in securely handling data across various applications and interpreting project requirements to maintain or implement the SharePoint Platform in accordance with client specifications. This includes reverse-engineering and troubleshooting complex legacy applications, maintaining code, and advising the team and management on technical decisions. In addition to development tasks, the Developer will contribute to site collection permissions management, the design of sites and subsites, as well as libraries and lists. The candidate will be required to rewrite and migrate legacy applications built on SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Nintex to the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain SharePoint Online modern pages and automate business processes. Support migration of solutions to alternative technologies and identify opportunities to leverage M365 solutions. Contribute to complex permissions management and design of SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists. Reverse-engineer and troubleshoot legacy applications and provide support for SharePoint, Power Platform, and related technologies. Collaborate effectively with the team and across divisions, while also being able to work independently. Provide after-hours support, assist with upgrades or maintenance, and respond to emergency support requests as needed. Ensure compliance with agency rules, regulations, and procedures. Required Skills / Qualifications: 7 years of experience in SharePoint Online Administration and development (site collection administration, complex permissions management, SPFx, and modern pages development). 5 years of experience with SharePoint Designer (2010, 2013) Forms and Workflows development and migration. 5 years of advanced experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse). 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining documentation related to best practices and policies. 5 years of experience in full-time SharePoint Online support. 3 years of experience with programming and customization (REST APIs, HTML, CSS). Preferred: 5 years of experience in end-user training. 3 years of experience with Power and Power BI.
