Familiarity with cloud computing is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred but not required. The importance of root cause analysis (RCA) and postmortem analysis was emphasized for driving solutions and preventing future issues. Approval for hiring will be contingent on adhering to the approved state list to avoid complications during conversion. Job Description: Provide process support and act as a technical resource in process development, troubleshooting, optimization, and scaling initiatives. Develop baseline process maps, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate to redesign processes that enhance customer experiences. Essential Functions: 50%: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze process gaps, and document detailed process workflows. 25%: Conduct validation activities for both existing and new processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 25%: Collect and analyze process data, identifying improvement opportunities and strategies for optimization. Education: Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. In lieu of education: An additional 4 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a bachelors degree. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Continuous Improvement: Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of agile execution and continuous improvement. Process Engineering: Proficient in process engineering methods and evaluation criteria. Process Improvement Techniques: Strong knowledge of techniques for enhancing operational processes. Process Mapping: Advanced expertise in process mapping and documentation methods. Data and Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform process optimization strategies. Additional Requirements: Must disclose any debarment, exclusion, or events impacting eligibility to work on Federal health care programs. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, deadlines, and workloads. Excellent customer service and communication skills, even in challenging situations.
