This individual will work with the Digital Experience business analysts to ensure functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for web development projects are comprehensively documented and all details are accounted for. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst or developer Experience gathering requirements Bachelors degree in a related field Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Key Responsibilities: Partner with developers to design robust technical solutions, including integrations with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party tools. Develop and maintain detailed system architecture diagrams, data flowcharts, and technical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate. Act as a primary point of contact between developers and stakeholders, providing clear and organized communication to resolve technical challenges and clarify requirements. Monitor development progress to ensure adherence to requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with QA analysts to create and execute thorough test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, paying close attention to edge cases and potential vulnerabilities. Continuously monitor website performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure long-term scalability. Provide technical support for post-launch updates and resolve issues methodically and efficiently.
