This role involves configuring and integrating Collibra components, developing workflows, and enabling seamless metadata and lineage management across diverse systems. The developer will work closely with data governance analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, build scalable solutions, and ensure compliance with governance standards. This position also emphasizes the integration of Collibra with cloud platforms like Azure, leveraging APIs, and delivering a comprehensive data governance framework that supports organizational goals for data accuracy, quality, and security. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Collibra-based solutions, including Data Governance, Data Catalog, and Data Privacy frameworks. Configure Collibra components to align with organizational requirements. Develop and maintain Collibra workflows to support data management capabilities. Integrate Collibra with various data management systems, utilizing APIs and tools like Collibra Connect. Ingest metadata from external sources and ensure seamless integration for metadata and lineage solutions. Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness by contributing to the Data Quality program's development and tracking. Build and configure APIs for bidirectional connectivity between Collibra and other platforms. Conduct user training and provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues. Maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and workflow guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Collibra DQ, including Agile development, ingestion of data and configuration. Proficiency in integration platforms using REST APIs, and direction connections to Databricks, Azure Datalake and other RDMS Strong knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure services like Azure SQL Managed Instances, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure Key Vault. Solid experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C# Expertise in database management, including writing and optimizing SQL queries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, using tools like Azure DevOps Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Experience with data profiling, lineage analysis, and cataloging data assets in Collibra.
