http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2121016&uid= Role: Informatica MDM Duration- 12 Month Location Remote Role Key Responsibilities: Technical Implementation and Support: Configure, implement and support Informatica Customer 360 (C360)/ Supplier (S360) solutions. Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and business rules within the MDM C360/S360 platform. Design and manage data integration processes to ensure data from various systems are correctly consolidated. Support the full life cycle of MDM projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment. Data Management and Quality: Monitor and ensure the quality of customer/supplier master data through data matching, merging, and cleansing processes. Implement and manage rules for data de-duplication, enrichment, and validation using Informatica Data Quality tools integrated with MDM. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance and data stewardship processes. Systems Integration: Integrate Customer 360/Supplier 360 with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses) to create a unified and trusted customer view. Ensure seamless data flow between MDM and external systems using ETL tools or APIs. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for the MDM environment, troubleshooting issues related to data integration, system performance, and data discrepancies. Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure system availability, scalability, and performance. Documentation and Training: Develop technical documentation for MDM C360/S360 solutions, including configurations, processes, and data flows. Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM), especially with the Customer 360 (C360)/Supplier 360 (S360) module. Strong understanding of MDM concepts such as data consolidation, governance, stewardship, data quality, matching, and merging. Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tools for data profiling, cleansing, and standardization. Proficiency with ETL tools, data integration technologies, and REST/SOAP APIs for systems integration. Knowledge of relational databases (SQL), data modeling, and understanding of data governance practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
