Conduct client interviews across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Technology divisions to gather insights and align on the future state vision. Oversee the creation of mock-up (non-production) dashboards to illustrate the future state vision. Perform a comprehensive gap analysis from the current state to the future state vision. Develop a detailed implementation roadmap to achieve the future state vision. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, business intelligence, and visualization experts to ensure successful project execution. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure alignment with the client's business objectives and strategic goals. Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for the project. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in strategy development, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on marketing analytics and reporting. Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives. Strong understanding of marketing, sales, product, analytics, and technology functions within an organization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
