They will assist with implementing our GitLab strategy and be a point person in working with our various engineering teams on git issues and questions. Our team is lacking in-depth knowledge on git. We're still determining a long term strategy for git support and the future of GitLab, but at least need someone who has the knowledge to have meaningful conversations with engineers and can help in implementing changes to GitLab.
