Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.Net Developer) Location: Brookfield, WI, 53005-HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) Role Overview: US Bank is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their team in Brookfield, WI. The primary focus will be migrating on-premise applications to the Azure cloud platform and replatforming applications from .NET48 to .NET80. This role requires hands-on coding, testing, and collaboration with pod teams to facilitate smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities: Application Migration: Migrate on-premise applications to Azure (and potentially AWS/GCP). Utilize the Azure Portal to configure applications. Coding & Development: Make active coding changes to applications, ensuring functionality and performance. Replatform applications from .NET48 to .NET80. Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in testing application functionality and capabilities. Remediate vulnerabilities arising from obsolescence. Collaboration & Support: Work with pod teams to facilitate delivery. Support external teams with their cloud migration journey. Maintenance & Training: Address training requirements and maintain application documentation. Stay up-to-date on required tools and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: .NET Development: 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core. Proficiency with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and EF Core. Cloud Technologies: 3+ years of experience with Azure, including working with the Azure Portal. Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Database Skills: Strong knowledge of TSQL and experience working with SQL databases. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with tools like GitLab or Azure DevOps for pipeline setup and execution. Preferred Skills: Experience with .NET60 and .NET80. Knowledge of Blazor framework. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with tools like Insomnia, Postman, SwaggerUI, and Splunk. Project Details: Assist in the migration of applications from on-prem infrastructure to Azure. Replatform applications to align with modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
