The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, primarily during day shifts. Proficiency in American Sign Language is essential. This role does not require travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions using Ataccama. - Oversee the integration of Ataccama with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow. - Provide technical expertise in Ataccama to support various projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data management processes. - Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management technologies. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders using American Sign Language. - Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices.
