This role involves configuring, testing, and ensuring alignment of identity management processes. The integrator will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish secure connectivity, configure access permissions, and create role definitions. Additionally, the integrator will conduct comprehensive testing and validation to ensure seamless operation of role assignments and access management. Skills Needed: Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Connector capabilities, including full aggregation, provisioning, and monitoring. Familiarity with the SailPoint Top Secret Connector is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of Mainframe Top Secret is preferred. Proficiency in role-based access control (RBAC) implementation. Experience with identity management processes and tools. Strong understanding of governance roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Job Period: 12 months (Start Date is about December 16th 2024) Hours: Part-time position (~10 hours per week) Additional Information Activity SailPoint Integration involves configuring, testing, and ensuring alignment of identity management processes. Here are the key tasks and requirements: 1. Requirements Gathering and Scoping: o Identify and document specific requirements for SailPoint integration with the Mainframe Top Secret environment. o Conduct a workshop with stakeholders to gather requirements for user role mapping, provisioning, and lifecycle management. 2. Environment Preparation and Access Setup: o Establish secure connectivity between SailPoint and the Mainframe environment. o Configure access permissions in SailPoint to enable integration with the necessary read/write permissions for role management and user provisioning. 3. Governance Roles and Responsibilities: o Establish governance roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures for technical and business owners of each in-scope mainframe application, tool, and subsystem. o Compile a complete list of in-scope mainframe applications, tools, and subsystems with corresponding TSS profiles. 4. Role Mapping and Profile Creation: o Map each new TSS Profile to the corresponding SailPoint role. o Create SailPoint role definitions to match new TSS RBAC profiles. o Develop and implement "birthright" account templates and entitlements based on user roles and TSS profiles. Ensure these templates align with organizational policies and compliance requirements. 5. Testing and Validation: o Conduct integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless operation of role assignments and access management. o Perform end-to-end testing on account provisioning and certification workflows, validating correct role assignments and access de-provisioning. o Provide advanced technical support for identity governance operations, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing SailPoint connectors for performance and reliability.
